At QR Living Memories, we are committed to providing a meaningful and reliable service. Please read the following carefully before making your purchase:
Digital Products
- All memorial pages are digital items. For this reason, we do not offer refunds once a page has been created and activated.
Hosting Fees
- A monthly hosting fee is required to keep your memorial page active.
- If hosting fees are not paid, your memorial page will be suspended and taken offline until payment is resumed.
Physical Products (QR Plaques, Accessories, etc.)
- Returns are not accepted unless the item is received in a faulty or damaged condition.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@qrlivingmemories.com with your order details and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
